Automated Conference Recording, Playback, and Transcription

We proudly announce the coolest conference call recording services available: All-digital, on demand Conference Recording that is hassle and worry free. There are no operators or complicated forms to deal with, no waiting for cassettes or CD-ROMs to arrive in the mail - just a checkbox to select while scheduling your Web-Scheduled Premium 800 conference.

With Conference Recording selected, your conference is automatically recorded as a digital audio file in industry-standard MP3 format for playback on multimedia computers and digital audio players.  Once you have downloaded the recording to a computer, it is yours to use or share without limitation as you see fit.

There is a $20.00 non-refundable Conference Recording fee, which includes unlimited Computer Downloads and Telephone Playback of your recording for ten days each.

Other companies require you to wait until they prepare, pack, and ship an old-fashioned tape or disk to you. Not so with TelePacific Connect’s Conference Recording. Within a few hours of the conference's scheduled end time, you'll receive an e-mail containing instructions and a link to the Computer Download and a telephone number and Access Code for Telephone Playback of your recording.  At that point, your conference call recording is available for immediate sharing and Telephone Playback for up to 100 callers at the same time.

Additionally, we now offer Conference Transcription for recorded Web-Scheduled Premium 800 conferences.  If you select Conference Transcription while scheduling your conference, we send your name, e-mail address, and phone number to a qualified third-party transcription service upon completion of the conference.  You will be contacted by the transcription service to discuss transcription options and related fees.
